PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. warrants your satisfaction with the application, appearance, and performance properties of this product when applied to a properly prepared surface in accordance with label directions.
PPG ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES, INC. MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. IF THE PRODUCT FAILS TO CONFORM TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, PPG ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES, INC. WILL, AT YOUR OPTION, FURNISH REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES (1) LABOR OR COSTS OF LABOR FOR THE APPLICATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY PRODUCT AND (2) ALL OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, supply dated proof of purchase to the store of purchase or to PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc., One PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15272.

PPG Architectural Coatings Canada, Inc. warrants performance of its products to its intended use if properly applied in accordance with the label directions and the specifications of the technical data sheet. Having no control over the application methods and conditions or the circumstances related to its use, no other warranty, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise is given. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable or assignable. If the product fails to conform to this limited warranty, we will, at your option, furnish replacement product or refund the purchase price. This limited warranty excludes (1) labour or costs of labour for the application or removal of any product and (2) all other direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
