Recommended For:

sealing and waterproofing glass and fiberglass, rubber, ceramic tile, masonry, window and door frames, metal, concrete, brick, acrylics, siding, wood, vinyl, moldings, porcelain and all common building materials.

NOT Recommended For:

use on polystyrene foam insulation, below the waterline, aquariums, automotive uses, on top of silicone, wet or green wood (excessive joint movement might be experienced as wet or green wood dries).

Surface Preparation

Clean and dry surface thoroughly before applying this product. Remove any old caulk with Liquid Nails® Adhesive & Caulk Remover. Fill any deep joints with solid filler to within 1/2" of surface. Sealant should be applied in dry weather at temperatures above 40°F (4°C). For easier gunning in cold weather, condition sealant to room temperature prior to use. Do not use this product when rain is expected within 24 hours.

Cartridge Application

Load cartridge into standard caulking gun. Cut nozzle at 45° angle for desired bead size (marked on nozzle). Puncture inner seal with nail or wire. Using consistent pressure, apply continuous bead into gap at 45° angle. Do not tool. Sealant skins over within 5 minutes.

Squeeze Tube Application

Knead tube to soften contents. Cut tip at 45° angle where marked for desired bead size. To apply product, start at back end and squeeze towards nozzle. Using consistent pressure, apply continuous bead into gap at 45° angle. Do not tool. Sealant skins over within 5 minutes.

Painting Guidelines

Paintable with oil or latex paint after 24 hours. Humidity may extend drying time.

Drying Time

Sets in 24 hours. Allow 5 days to completely dry.

Cleanup

Use mineral spirits. Dried sealant can be scraped or cut away.
