Recommended For:

caulking around baseboards, wood, masonry, plaster, glass, stone, electrical and utility boxes, window and door frames, siding and trim, painted surfaces, molding, concrete, brick, stucco, metal and drywall.

NOT Recommended For:

applications below the waterline, aquariums, kitchens or bathrooms, on top of silicone and wet or green wood (excessive joint movement might be experienced as wet or green wood dries).

Surface Preparation

Clean and dry surface thoroughly before applying this product. Remove any old caulk or paint. Fill deep joints with solid filler to within 1/2" of surface. LC-135 should only be applied in dry weather at temperatures above 40°F. Do not caulk with this product when rain is expected within 24 hours.

Product Application

Load LC-135 cartridge into standard caulking gun. Cut nozzle at 45° angle for desired bead size (marked on nozzle). Apply continuous bead of LC-135 into gap, using uniform pressure to fill completely. Smooth over with wet finger or tool. Caulk skins over within 10 minutes and should be level with surface.

Painting Guidelines

Paintable in one hour with oil or latex paint.

Drying Time

Paintable after one hour. Sets in 24-48 hours. Completely dry in 72 hours.

Cleanup

Use water to clean up while wet. For dry caulk, scrape away.
